When I first heard on youtube Shayna Steele, I was amazed with her singing and performance but being on tour with Shayna and sharing the stage with her is a real deep moment, she can easily spin the whole band into her music with her real gospel and R&B roots, then grabbing the audience and taking us all in her songs full of emotions, rhythm, energy, love and great melodies to another places. Every concert is very unique and based on her feelings and spirit of the moment... We play 16 gigs in Czech and Slovakia and I wish it would be 1000, the band is cooking hard with these great cats: Vit Kristan on piano and Oliver Lipensky on drums.
Setting off to another spring tour with great polish singer and flute player, Octavia Kawecka from Warsaw. She sings some original songs in english and polish and some great jazz standards. We have on the piano amazing Petr Benes and on the drums young talent, killer Marek Urbanek!
Getting back to the R&B journey, looking around for steady grooves, no messing around with the bass root tones, keeping it in the pocket, yep that's what's up for the next tour with great british-australian guitarist Gwyn Ashton ang Roman Vicha, an exciting trio project. Gwyn's original music is in the mood of a rock and blues feel, full of energy and emotions. In this trio we will play 26 gigs on our tour, going deep every night!
Getting again together with a new vocal jazz project around great singer from Siena, Italy, talented Romina Capitani. We recorded a new CD together in November 2013 in studio Svarov, Prague, featuring some original compositions by Romina and jazz standards.

And on the road again for 19 Christmas concerts with Melanie Scholtz Quartet (South Africa-Cz), playing many great xmas classic songs in jazz arrangements and also some of Mel's original songs. Wow, she is an amazing singer and performer! I'm very lucky to share again the stage with her, along with great Andrew Lilley (South Africa) on piano and Roman Vicha or Marek Urbanek on drums. The last show we play on 22.12. will be in the New Scene hall of the National Theatre in Prague.
New music spaces to explore with Jonathan Crossley (Johannesburg) on cyber guitar, Jonno Sweetman on drums (Cape Town), this project is based on Jonathan's 6 year development of his cyber guitar baby, which allows him to control huge lineup of guitar effects not only with his feet but also other parts of his body - for that he also designed a special cyber suit. Many new approaches, different thinking, free mind, free music and crazy sounds explorations...

This time, hip Cape Town tenor saxophonist and composer Rus Nerwich will bring to Czech Republic tour 2013 his great pianist Nick Williams (South Africa). Rus is going to perform some of his new tunes as well as his older ones, all filled with deep musical love and exploration of groove and colors. On drums, also from South Africa, Johannesburg, great player, friend and amazing artist, Justin Badenhorst.
Inducted into the Oklahoma Jazz Hall of Fame in 2012, Justin Echols croons the jazz standards with a voice as smooth as melted chocolate. I will be joining Justin on his second European tour, next to great pianist Tomas Jochmann and swinging Tomas Hobzek behind drums. We'll kick off the tour in Berlin and then play clubs in Czech Rep. and Slovakia for the next 3 weeks, come and support live music with us...
